Agenda item # 1: What utilities we want to derive

 - fund raising in order to help those in need
 - education, career building, job search for the
young aspirants
 - sponsoring the poor students
 - if possible, helping poor parents to arrange the
"aadarsh vivaah" of their daughter(s) without any
"show business"
 - build model schools in the villages
 - conduct competitive exams to select the right
candidates
 - The help can be extended at personal level as well
-- but KarNaGoshThi can be acknowledges for the idea
exchange, etc. to make such initiatives more and more.
 - modalities fr the fund raising to be determined
during the next "summit" --- the ideas from everyone
is welcome via the KarNaGoshThi yahoogroup emails

Agenda item # 2: Job / Education opportunities

 - the members in US/Canada/UK expressed their
willingness and pleasure to arrange for the help to
any new comer to the western world during their
transition (accomodation, University / job search,
networking, etc.) period. So, anyone coming over to
these places, do get in touch with the members via
yahoogroup email.
 -  there is a hiring wave in India by a Canadian
company for the Chemical Engineers, Environmental
Engineers/Scientists, Environmental consultants, etc.
salary 15-35 K per month. Interested members can

Agenda item # 3: Entrepreneurship Development Cell

 - the members are encouraged to come up with new
entrepreneurship ideas, discuss, and find out how the
forum can support ur idea / business proposal /
project plans -- with its global presence.
 - think of the projects in the villages as well

Agenda item # 4: Village programs / membership drive

 - Kaushal ji provided quick feedback from his trip to
"gaam ghar" -- the youths are enthusiastic, a lot can
be done, it is very important to do the membership
drive, each of us should target to get at least 15
members
 - Please do encourage those in villages to use the
internet and our forum / website
 - Also, put efforts to create the enviroment more
conducive to the studies, education, job, etc.

Agenda item # 5: Panji

 - Anand ji's Mousa has discussed with honourable Sh
YN Mallick, and he is available to take up this
responsibility going forward. Action item: Anand ji,
please keep following up with your Mousa ji, and Sh YN
Mallick  --- and please keep us posted.
 - Action item for Sh Bawan ji - Bawan ji, please
follow up on the "Panji" segment for Nepal area.

Agenda item # 6: Matrimonial

 - It is very much required to popularise this utlity
and derive maximum benefit from it.
 - Please encourage all the members to put up the
profile of potential bride(s) / bridegroom(s)
 - Currently we have 2 very very accomplished
bridegrooms posted on www.karnagoshthi.org --- Sh
Anand Kumar, and Sh Indu Shekhar  -- Please help both
of them to find the right match.

Agenda item # 7: Website development / maintenance

 - Indu ji said that our website is currently empty.
The members r kindly requested to upload the contents.
Action: Sh Avinash Alok: pl. find out the History of
KarNa Kayasthas --- and also some write up for Mithila
paintings, etc.
 - There r few members who r interested in helping to
develop / maintain the website --- please get in touch
with Sh Indu ji driectly or via the yahoogroup
 - Several people hvn't yet registered on
www.karnagoshthi.org. Action: Sh Nitin ji is to help
to populate the profile of the remaining members.
