Minutes:

We had a magnificent KarnaGoshthi meeting on June
11th. We used the same teleconferencing facility
provided by Aashutosh jee as a primary tool along with
yahoo conference. 

We had very important discussion on different agendas
and we also discussed on scholarship amount. We are
very excited to let you know that finally we have
distributed scholarship amounts to the candidates. The
amount was distributed after reviewing the need of
candidates. Scholarship committee (Ashutosh jee,
Rajneesh jee, Shmabhu jee, Nitin jee and Bawan) have
done amazing job. Please look at the distributed

2. We will send this amount with encouraging letter
and certificate. We are looking for volunteer mentor
in those areas, so that we can monitor how money is
being spent. Mentor can advise those candidates for
their better career. If you are interested, please let
us know.

3. We discussed on Sh. Anand Kumar’s email about “IT
ke bare men aur karna goshthi website ke bare men
jankari del jai”. Nitin jee’s brother is in Patna and
he can help them. Anand jee please check when and
where this session can be done. Nitin jee will send
you the address of his brother and you can communicate
with Sh. Yogendra Mallick and others when they want
it. Karnagoshthi is thankful for your initiation for
Panji and we expect more from you. We have to make our
website more efficient and bring this organization in
everybody’s notice.
 
4. How Karnagoshthi can be registered as a
not-for-profit organization in USA. This issue is
still going on, since we are waiting for documents
from Mithlesh jee (Texas). Ashutosh jee will also work
from his side.
 
5.  Next meeting will be held on Saturday 9th July
2005 at 9:00 AM (6:30PM Indian Time). If you are not
attending meeting just because of improper meeting
schedule then let us know we will work on timing which
will be suitable for members in India, USA and other
countries. Since we are taking important decisions we
feel your involvement is necessary.
