a) Website current development and status update
The members have given a lot of feedback on t how and what to improve on the website and also provided several comments (Thanks Kaushalji). It was decided to proceed further with Anandji's layout design for the new website. Kaushalji will lead the effort of providing contents, Anandji for the frontend design and Induji for the backend processing. These individuals will be working very closely with the other web development team comprising of Rajeevji, Nitinji, Kamleshji, Promodji, etc.
b) Organization Registration & Bank AccountIt was felt that the time is appropriate for going forward with organization registration along with opening its bank account. Based upon the current need, the organization will be registered in India and USA and it will have two bank accounts as well in these countries. Ashutoshji and Mithleshji will spearhead effort for respective operations in India and USA respectively.
c) AdvertisementBased upon the current traffic and membership registration, it was decided to work concretely towards the organization publicity. Various options including advertising in Newspaper and meetings in various cities with the local karnagoshthis were discussed. Finally it was decided to delegate responsibility to a newly formed PR team headed by Pramodji and Ashutoshji.
