Minutes:

a) Website current development and status update Indu jee has included new features in website, which is awesome and we would like to request everybody to use those features. For the front end of website, we decided to wait for Anand jee. Many thanks to Anand jee, he already created front end layout and is going to submit those files to Indu jee. Let’s see how it goes, we will keep you inform about the progress.

b) Punji system
Gautam jee (Son of Shree Yogendra Mallick) will help us on this. To make Punji system, first we have to collect data and which seems to be big deal right now, so he advised to push this task back and get focused on other things. But we will discuss more about this
in next meeting.

c) Advertisement
Based upon the current traffic and membership registration, it was decided to work concretely towards the organization publicity. Various options including advertising in Newspaper and meetings in various cities with the local karnagoshi were discussed. We have distributed responsibility among our self e.g. Advertising in Delhi area is given to Gautam jee and Shree Pramod jee, Patna area to Asim
jee, East Nepal to Mithilesh jee, mid to Deependra jee and west Nepal to Bawan.

I might be missing some more things which we discussed since it’s been long time now, sorry about that.

Next meeting will be held on Sunday 11th September 2005 at 10:00 AM (7:30PM Indian Time). Last time Yahoo messenger didn’t work very well but we will still continue meeting on this unless any other solution found.
