Minutes:

1. KarnaGoshthi Group Registration: It was felt that we have waited too long. Now we need to work fast to get the KarnaGoshthi group registered. Kaushal is going to talk to one attorney in Washington DC area and if everything goes fine then within a month we are going to register KarnaGoshthi organization in USA. We have three  people living in area (Kaushal  ,Prasanna ji, Bawan Karna ji ), other members may need to sign on this via fax. We will keep you posted as we move forward.

2. KarnaGoshthi scholarship: As many of members and also recipients have queried our next phase
of scholarship is due. We need to repeat whole nine yards allover again. In this I think scholarship committee should once again come forward. We will have to collect applications both old students and new students raise funds like before and then distribute it. Also we will modify our process based on lessons learned from last time. This activity is very important and everyone should try very hard
to make this successful.
 
3. Web Site: Several members have reported problem with links . Indu ji  will look into it. We definitely need more resource  to maintain our web site ongoing basis. In our next meeting we need to discuss supporting our web site both functionally and financially. Indu ji has supported it so  far but now we should take this responsibility as a group.

4. Everybody felt that activity and communication has slowed down in recent days. While there could be numerous reasons for that we should bring our momentum back and continue making new members. Also we need lot more participation from our younger generations. They are the one who will move this forward.

5. Mithilesh ji and Bawan ji has suggested about adopting a village to improve its overall situation. Any idea to do that is welcome from all members.
