Canada still welcomes professionals to immigrate and build a career.
Following information will be very useful to you, if you are planning to immigrate to canada:
1. please never come through any agent. they are simply cheats, they just want to go away with your hard-earned money. in toronto, all three immigrants from karnagoshthi we know (ashutosh dutta, asim kumar mallik, and ashutosh), were cheated very badly by wwics (started by a big fraud). so, please learn from our experience. if you have any questions about immigrating to canada, please do not hesitate to contact us directly or through our website (or yahoogroup). we will be more than happy to provide you the information.
2. all the information is posted at www.cic.gc.ca - official website of "citizenship and immigration canada". in fact in their official brochure, they mention very clearly not to come through any agent.
3. ground realities: it is very important to know about the ground realities here, instead of living in fool's paradise. it is getting tougher day-by-day to find job in one's own field. one has to be very aggressive in finding the job and should be willing to change the field, or even should have guts to do entrepreneurship (start business, etc.)
4. in fact, if someone is willing to start an enterprise and work hard, can make better career in india
5. while planning to immigrate to canada, also weigh and consider the job opportunities in middle east, europe, and usa.
